Nourishing mask: put the bottle with apricot oil (or the combination: 5-6 drops of an essential oil with 25 ml of apricot one) into hot water or heat in a water bath up to 37°С. Soak a thin piece of tissue with the warmed oil and put it on the face (left mouth, nose, eyes uncovered). Put some parchment paper or plastic wrap onto the mask. For keeping the heat, wrap the face in a folded towel. After 20 minutes wash your face with hot water. Do the same with your neck.
For skin cleansing use undiluted apricot oil.
For enrichment of creams add 5 drops of the apricot fatty oil to 15 grams of the base substance.
For the lips and skin around the eyes care use pure apricot oil.
