Warm some oil a bit, rub into the scalp with a light massage, then evenly spread it with a comb throughout the whole hair up to the very edges. Cover the treated hair with a plastic cap, the head can be covered above with a towel. After 30-50 minutes wash the hair with plenty of warm water and a shampoo, with a light massage again. Do not leave the oil overnight.
